How to change the background image for an individual room, floor, or location Delete the Zoom Room background image if you would like to remove it as the default background for all Zoom Rooms in your account when you click Delete. The next time that you want to change your background image, simply click Upload New Image below the current default image in the upper right of your screen. Once you click Lock, you will be given the option to confirm your choice.
